Apple denuncia HTC: 20 i brevetti impiegati senza autorizzazione

In un mondo dove tutti denunciano tutti, in effetti mancava proprio una levata di scudi della mela morsicata verso il produttore taiwanese, reo di aver avuto il più alto incremento di vendite nell'ultimo anno. E così, dopo aver incrociato i brevetti con Nokia (tra l'altro le due denunce reciproche sono tutt'altro che chiuse), Apple accusa HTC di aver usato illegalmente ben 20 brevetti negli ultimi suoi modelli: Nexus One, Touch Pro, Touch Diamond, Touch Pro2, Tilt II, Pure, Imagio, Dream / G1, myTouch 3G, Hero, HD2, Droid Eris (Desire e Legend mancano all'appello in quanto non ancora in commercio...ma sono accusati anche loro).

Gizmodo è entrato in possesso della lista dei brevetti infranti e ha pubblicato parte dell'accusa (parliamo di 700 pagine) sul proprio sito. Nella fattispecie, ecco i 20 brevetti "incriminati":
