Pakistan’s Major Electricity Supplier to Undergo Digital Transformation

NTDC is one of Pakistan’s major electric companies similar to WAPDA. NTDC plans to finish the project within 18 months. The company’s digitization goal is aimed at automating business processes. This transformation has been a work in progress for three years.

NTDC’s ERP project is the largest investment ever made in terms of resource allocation for business automation in NTDC’s history. Project will be completed in 18 months’ time period and all employees expected to actively participate, according to NTDC chief executive Officer (CEO) Maziar Abdul Rahim.

Details of the project are unclear, but it will make the company’s processes faster and simpler. It may also bring several benefits to the end consumer, but there is no confirmation yet.
